Terms & Conditions — VC Detailing

Welcome to VC Detailing. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services
VC Detailing provides professional automotive detailing services in Fresno, CA and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and confirmed appointment scheduling. Service results may vary based on the condition of the vehicle at the time of service.

2. Booking & Deposits
A minimum deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. Clients may choose to pay a higher deposit amount at their discretion. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of service.

Deposits are refundable if the appointment is cancelled with at least 72 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Deposits forfeited due to late cancellation or no-show are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

The deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made within the 72-hour window.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible via our website at vcdetailing.org or by text/call.

4. No-Show Policy
If a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a $50 no-show fee will be charged and the deposit will be forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of full payment upfront to book future appointments.

5. Weather Policy
In the event that severe weather conditions prevent us from safely performing services, VC Detailing will reschedule your appointment at no additional charge. We will notify you as early as possible if a weather-related reschedule is necessary.

6. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of service. We accept the following payment methods:

Credit / Debit Card

Venmo

Cash App

Online Invoice

Prices are subject to change based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services. A final price will be confirmed before service begins.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in our work and stand behind the quality of every detail. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will make it right at no additional charge. Concerns reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for a complimentary correction.

8. Vehicle Liability
VC Detailing takes great care with every vehicle. However, clients are responsible for removing personal belongings prior to service. VC Detailing is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal items left in the vehicle. Any pre-existing damage will be noted prior to service commencement.

9. SMS Messaging Program
By providing your phone number and submitting our booking or contact form, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from VC Detailing, including appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and promotional offers.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and appointments.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel all messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers: VC Detailing is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your phone number or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

10. Privacy
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at vcdetailing.org/privacypolicy.

11. Changes to These Terms
VC Detailing reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted at vcdetailing.org/terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
