Booking & Cancellation Policy
We keep our policy simple so appointments stay fair for both our customers and our schedule.
$50 Appointment Deposit
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit is credited toward your final service balance.
Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to move your appointment. With proper notice, your deposit will transfer to the rescheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice, along with no-shows, may result in the deposit being forfeited because that appointment time was reserved specifically for you.
Weather or VC Detailing Reschedules
If weather, safety conditions, or an issue on our end requires us to move your appointment, your deposit will remain fully credited toward the new appointment.
Vehicle Condition & Additional Work
Final pricing can vary when the vehicle's condition requires additional labor beyond the booked service. Any additional charges will be explained and approved before that additional work is performed.
